Distance Learning Revision Courses
6 weeks or 12 weeks dependent on modules selected
The course runs online via the ABDO College Virtual Learning Platform. Students are assigned a personal distance learning tutor for the duration of their course who will mark their assignments and provide guidance. Students are required to submit one assignment per week. Successful completion is based submitting all assignments on time and achieving the average grade of 40% across the course.
6 week course: £350 12 week course: £450
Students must be appropriately registered with the GOC. Overseas students need to be appropriately registered for the role they are employed to carry out.

The revision courses are studied by distance learning over a period of 6 or 12 weeks and no College attendance is required. However, students are assigned a Personal Tutor who will mark and provide feed-back on their work. The coursework is completed online and assignments are completed on a weekly basis.

Students sitting the ABDO examinations are permitted four attempts only. Before sitting their fourth and final attempt, the Association requires that a student follow a further course of sustained study. These Distance Learning Revision courses provided by ABDO College meet this requirement provided that the student submits ALL assignments in full and on time.
All students will be expected to meet a minimum of 40% if they are progressing into their examinations. No certificate of completion will be issued to the student; however, ABDO College will notify the Association of all students who have taken and passed each of the courses.
